1. E Mail Correspondence

a) All E mail correspondence is private and data will only be used in conjunction with enquiries directly related to the Graham McPherson business, including the ordering of prints, in which case name and delivery data presented mainly via paypal sales are sent to tradecanvasprint or equivalent printers for delivery. All E mails are stored on a password protected computer and are solely used in conjunction with the business in context.

b) Any purchase through the paypal website generates an invoice with customers details. Those details are only ever used for accounting and print delivery purposes and never used for unsolicited marketing purposes. c) When someone visits the Graham McPherson website we may use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

2. Cookies

a) Google cookies. These use information to evaluate your use of our website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. b) Paypal Cookies. Since payments are accepted through PayPal, information required to process or support the payment means cookies are used.

DATA RETENTION

E mail addresses that relate directly to sales or orders from grahammcpherson.com are kept indefinately for accounting purposes and are stored on a password protected PC. EMBEDDED CONTENT

There may be from time to time articles on this site which include embedded content (videos, images, articles, etc). Generally this will only be from websites produced by Graham McPherson.
